New Patent Attorney

On 1 April 2010, Mikkjal Gulklett joined our Electronics/Mechanics Department as new Patent Attorney. Mikkjal holds an M.Sc. in physics from the University of Copenhagen and 6 years' experience working with IP. Mikkjal comes from a position as patent engineer at one of the world's largest providers of hearing instruments, GN ReSound A/S, where his main working areas were patenting, oppositions and freedom to operate analyses related to inventions within digital electronics, signal processing, algorithms, og mechanical technology. In addition, Mikkjal holds considerable experience in US patent practice, including inter partes re-examination.
