General background: European Patent Attorney. Formerly employed in the IP industry, including as senior examiner with the Danish Patent and Trademark Office. With BUDDE SCHOU Group since 1986.

IP qualifications: Prosecution in relation to applications for patent, utility model and supplementary protection certificate worldwide. Assistance in patent infringement litigation and other patent related conflicts

Memberships: The Association of Danish Patent Agents, Danish Association for Industrial Property Protection, AIPPI, FICPI and EPI.
