IP qualifications: Infringement opinions, oppositions, patentability analyses, IP Due Diligence and Freedom to Operate analyses, preliminary injunction proceedings and litigation.

Honorary offices: Court-appointed expert in litigation relating to patent infringement and/or the validity of patents.

Expert judge appointed by the Danish Maritime and Commercial Court and the Eastern Division of the Danish High Court, respectively.

Member of the Danish Civil Justice Reform Group under the Council for Administration of Justice.

Member of the Professional Conduct Committee under the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (EPI).
