General background: European Patent Attorney, European Trademark Attorney and European Design Attorney. Formerly employed within the IP field, inter alia as legal consultant with the Danish Patent and Trademark Office. With Budde Schou A/S since 1991.

IP qualifications: Expert advice in relation to the protection of trademarks, designs, domain names and trade names worldwide, including IP Due Diligence analyses and handling of infringement and other conflict situations. Expert advice in respect of applications for supplementary protection certificate (SPC).

Memberships: The Association of Danish Patent Agents, Danish Association for Industrial Property Protection, Danish Copyright Association, AIPPI, FICPI, MARQUES, ECTA, INTA and EPI.

Languages: Scandinavian languages, English and German.
