IP qualifications: Expert advice on patent strategy. Expert advice, assistance and prosecution in relation to applications for patent, utility model and design worldwide. Performance of Freedom to Operate analyses and infringement opinions of patent portfolios in the context of IP Due Diligence reviews and/or with a view to licence agreements. Technical expert in litigation based on patent infringement.

Representation in oral proceedings before the Examining Division, the Opposition Division and the Board of Appeal of the European Patent Office (EPO).

Honorary office: Court-appointed expert in cases related to patent infringement and/or the validity of patents.

Memberships: The Association of Danish Patent Agents, Danish Association for Industrial Property Protection, LES, AIPPI, FICPI and EPI.
